Visits, Tours & Rentals

Visitors

Heritage Park Village museums are open by request and require the presence of the park manager or a registered volunteer. If you are visiting during regular weekday hours and wish to see an exhibit just drop by the office located at the front of the park in the Train Depot.

Tours

Tour groups should call ahead and schedule a time for a tour between 9 am and 2 pm, Monday through Friday. The average tour lasts about 2 hours. Please call  904-259-7275.

Tour fees

Self Guided Tours through property are no charge. Scheduled tours through all Museums are $4.00 per adult, $2.00 per child. 

Rentals

The park grounds are available on weekends for family reunions, weddings and other events. Please call 904-259-7275 Monday through Friday, 10am - 5pm to schedule.


All rentals require a refundable deposit separate from rental fee, returnable if the key is turned in and park and property are not damaged or littered. A park rental agreement must be filled out and signed

Smoking, alcohol, firearms, and bicycles are prohibited within the park.


Current fees:

Weddings - $800 ($200 refunded after event). Includes use of Chapel (seats 60) or anywhere on grounds for ceremony, nearby cooking shed, covered  pavilions, picnic tables, back parking lot, restrooms: all for 2 days, starting the day before at 2pm until midnight the night of.

Reunions - $200 Includes pavilions, grounds, playground, picnic tables for 1/2 day
(morning until 3pm or 3pm until midnight)

Birthday Party - $75 includes use of 1 pavilion for 4 hours

Rentals include use of park grounds.  The park is closed to the public during Weddings and Reunions. 

Parking for private rentals

Guests of private park events are asked to use the parking lot in the rear of the park and enter through back gate. Turn on Denise Street, a short distance from the main gates on Lowder Street (look for the orange sign). Stay on  Denise Street as it bears sharply to the right and follow to rear lot. A handicapped parking space is provided. The host of the event is responsible for informing guests to use the rear lot.

Renters are requested to dispose of all trash, refuse and ashes from grills.

Please note: Rentals do not include access to park village museums. 
Events that may potentially attract excessive crowds must be reviewed and approved by the City Of Macclenny.
